Ominous: giving the impression that something bad or unpleasant is going to happen; 
Abstemious: not self-indulgent, esp. when eating and drinking
Pugnacious: eager or quick to argue, quarrel, or fight
Plunder: steal goods from (a place or person), typically using force and in a time of war or civil disorder
Garrulous: excessively talkative, esp. on trivial matters
Revile: criticize in an abusive or angrily insulting manner
Tryst: a private, romantic rendezvous between lovers
Aspirant: (of a person) having ambitions to achieve something, typically to follow a particular career
